Mileisy Rodriguez, PA-C
Mileisy Rodriguez is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). She earned her Master of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with Highest Honors, and brings more than a decade of healthcare experience in outpatient care, practice management, and clinical leadership, including the oversight of clinical teams.
Her graduate research focused on regenerative medicine: a critical review of the evidence behind regenerative biologic therapies in aesthetic medicine, examining bioavailability, safety, clinical outcomes, and the limitations of current research. That same commitment to evaluating the evidence informs every treatment plan she develops and defines the philosophy of the practice: Science Over Trends.

The Practice
Regenerative Medical Aesthetics offers a different model of aesthetic medicine, one built on a long-term relationship rather than a single treatment. We get to know each client's health, skin, and goals over time, so every recommendation fits the bigger picture.
A private, medically led aesthetic medicine practice, Regenerative Medical Aesthetics is intentionally small, allowing each client to receive individualized attention and consistent care.
A Deliberately Limited Practice
To preserve the quality and continuity of care, the practice accepts only one to two new clients each week. Each new client receives a comprehensive consultation, and established clients receive the time and follow-up their plans require.
